I can’t wait to win one! Here are my suggestions

    1. My new Kindle, mobile phone, sunglasses, wallet and epipen
    2. I want a bigger pocket on the front
    3. I like the std size. my bags are small
    4. a place for headphones
    5. any colour but maybe neutral taupe for winter, bright for summer
    6. yes the std size with zip
    7. like washable

      1. Phone, wallet, brush, make up, diabetes bits and pieces (insulen, injection pen, blood glocose monitor, test strips, then there is the bits and pieces in case you have a hypo, injection pen to counter act hypo, something to eat that will bring sugar levels up quickly), keys, reward cards, water.
2 bigger pocket or pouch sound good to could keep all diabets stuff together, on the outside or inside, this will need a zip.
      3. I need the extra large size for all my stuff I try to cut down, but it seems impossibe
      4. I would like a place for headphones and ipod as they get tangled up at present I put them in a little bag that has a pull top so they cannot get out. Something like that would be good. Some where to store all the store discount cards – seperate from drivers licence, medicare etc.
I would like a pouch to store my diabetes stuff in either on front or inside, with the addition of a cooler pack to keep insulen cool, it does not need to be super big, I guess this pouch or pocket would have to be water proof to take the cooler pack) There are a lot of diabates out there that would benefit from that. I have a great big one when I travel but something small would be good for general out and about. I know I would absolutely love one
      5. I dont mind what fabric they are made of as long as they can stand up to going into the washing machine. I guess I would go for a bright colours, that would make items in it stand out more. Plus a scetion that is water proof not sure if that has to be silver or not.
      6. Not sure if it small or medium
      7. I have one hand bag with a loop with a presstud on it that hangs inside my bag, I actually use it to put my watch on. It works really well this would be good for keys.

  2. 1. what would you like to put in an organiser – My phone, pens, small notebook, sun glasses, coin purse, lipstick, perfume.
    2. what would you change about the organiser – I think it accommodates everything I would need it to do
    3. is the size (Standard, Large) okay? Would you change or add a new size – no
    4. what are the organisers missing – I think you have thought of everything
    5. what colours would you like? What fabrics – neutral colours & stripes
    6. do you own a bragbags’ organiser? Which size?
    7. any other random comments

1.netbook, wallet, keys, camera, lipstick, snacks for children
    2. change? with the larger version with a section for the netbook/kindle etc I would add a little padding to protect it (ie firmer style of padding). For the wallet area, have a vertical pocket. Mesh pocket for things that you need quickly and want to see them. Have a velcro hook/loop on the top so I can attach it to the top of my backpack (ie in the middle at the top). On my standard one for my handbag I really dislike the ‘open’ section on it. Things keep falling out, perhaps add some velcro and firmer sides? I have children so am not always able to access it with 2 hands. It can get a little frustrating trying to access the contents when the sides keep collapsing or things have fallen out and are at the bottom of my handbag…known as the abyss.
    3. size – large and standard sizes are fine
    4. missing? mesh pocket for quick viewing of items
    5. My favourite colours are red and blue, so I would like an electric blue print on a bright red background. Not too over the top with the print though, classic conservative type pattern.
    6. I have the standard version.
    7. random comments – perhaps make a separate holder for the netbook/kindle etc and have the option of attaching it to the standard organiser? That way you could mix and match what bag with your activity? For example, some days I use a backpack and want to take my netbook as well as my bag organiser and it would be great if I could attach the organiser to my netbook, and be able to remove it when the organiser goes back into my handbag. I would be happy to chat to you about my ideas if you like, just send me a message on facebook or email…
I really like my organiser and find it quite helpful.

  4. Beth Healey says:

    1. My mobile, my purse, keys, Pens, Sunnies, tissues, lipstick and Lollies.
    2. No changes necessary.
    3. The sizes are good.
    4. Perhaps a more obvious but safe place to make my keys easy to find.
    5. Neutrals are best as they go with everything.
    6. Yes. Standard.
    7. Washable fabrics extend the life and usefulness of the organiser.

  5. Melissa Cook says:

    1. My purse, mobile, keys ,lipstick , notebook, pen, business cards and catalogue.
    2. It fits everything you need, maybe I’d like it slightly wider.
    3. As above maybe slightly wider
    4. Neutral colours are best
    5. Everything else is perfect, I’d be lost without my organiser

  6. lorraine anderson says:

    1. My wallet, phone, keys, medication, make-up,perfume ,sunglasses and old fashioned pen and notebook.
    2. I like the smaller size as most of my bags are now smaller, as sons have left home, less junk for me to carry around..
    3. Like the neutral as they then blend with any handbag.
    4. Washable fabrics are useful also.

    5. As yet do not own your as have not been able to afford it, but will do so very soon., after seeing so many positive comments.

  7. Wendy says:

. what would you like to put in an organiser – all my bits & pieces: pens, lippy, nail file, bandaids, small notebook, paracetamol.

    2. what would you change about the organiser? A zippered compartment would be handy – as would a clear inner pocket, this could have a slidy zippy plastic closure on it – for things I want to see easily and don’t want them getting mixed in with others.

    3. is the size (Standard, Large) okay? Would you change or add a new size? I would like one that is probably a bit more square in design as the one i have is a tad too long for a couple of my bags that I would like to use it in.

    4. what are the organisers missing? A holder for keys maybe.

    5. what colours would you like? What fabrics? Lighter colour just so I can see things more easily in it but with some pretty inner fabrics – floral, paisley, french…. Also maybe a more firmer fabric on the outer would be a nice alternative.

    6. do you own a bragbags’ organiser? Which size? Yes, I think it is a medium.

    7. any other random comments
Love what you do and would love to own more…will keep saving and buying when I can.

  8. Gail Pamphilon says:

Insert bags are too short. They are used because handbags are not made to the specifications that women want and need. The butler bag is no good as there is nowhere to keep a library book.
They need to be taller, reaching up towards the top of the handbag, with a space for a book and other spaces for things of all sizes, including plenty of space exclusively for the keys and office pass, to avoid groping with one hand, easily reached.
They should weigh almost nothing – literally, made of light, sheerish but very strong fabric, such as is used for carry-on luggage.
They must be easily washable, this is mandatory.
I eventually gave up on Bragbags and bought a lightweight insert bag from overseas that was designed the way I wanted it (except for the short height, but still, so many compartments), and it cost about $5.00.

  9. Liz Aitken says:

Hi Jenny!! Well, I love my (smaller) organiser that I picked up in Perth over the March long weekend, and so does my Mum who picked up one too. :)
    1) *gets out her organiser* I throw everything in it. I’ve got my phone in one of the end pockets (smaller phone) my iPod Touch in one of the side pockets, about 4 lip glosses randomly stashed around, at least one pen, usually two, my red moleskin diary, my hard glasses case, two hankies, my key case, my compact wallet, a powder compact, a USB key, a little zip case with some panadol etc, and my earphones in the size zip compartment. And a train timetable.
That’s what I’ve got in it, and I wouldn’t put much else in it. My water bottle fits in my bag that I take to work anyway.
    2) Not much. It’s usually too full to use the zip up the top, but if I were traveling, I think I’d re-organise it so I *could* zip it up, as it seems like a good thing to be able to do. I wouldn’t *mind* the interior compartment being a little taller, or having a version that’s taller, because that way I’d be able to put a Kindle inside (never mind an actual paper book!! A kindle is all you need!) and it would be firmly kept inside the bag. BUT it would more than likely fit there if I had a bigger version (I think I have a medium size that I’m using at the moment. The grey executive one that I won on FB last year that my Mum and I share (she’s got it at the moment as she’s using it to take it to the farm: it’s handy since she keeps all the keys etc for the farm in there, as well as any paperwork, and she can just pick everything up in it: we swapped in March!) .
    3) I think a smaller one would be good, something that would fit in a slightly smaller bag. I usually don’t *use* a big satchel kind of bag, but use a smaller neater bag: a smaller Crumpler or an older Jigsaw bag.
    4) I’m not sure they’re missing anything. They’ve got enough pockets to keep even ME happy, pocket happy as I am.
    5) I LOOOOOVE the neutral fabric with red trim, like my current organiser. I’d love this sort of fabric in a different colour. It’s a soft linen, and I adore it. There was a really soft squishy one in purple and blue that I liked, but I was more afraid I’d rip the material. The linen one I have is BRILLIANT for a fabric.
    6) I think mine’s a medium. I have the travel one!! http://bragbags.com.au/products/Travel_Organiser_with_Zip_Top-285-2.html I LOVE IT.
    7) I feel like I need another one, but to be honest, I just use this one CONSTANTLY. If I was to take my iPad to work with me more often, I might grab the iPad bag organiser.
I’d actually like an organiser that I could use for my crochet :) So, lots of little “pen” compartments on one side, for hooks currently in use, and a big open size compartment on the other side, with a big space in the middle for the yarn and the project. Would probably have to be a bit bigger. (possibly the linen Xstandard organiser would work.)
    Thanks Jenny!

The name of the bag can be lovers lane bag and it would be good for all knids of ladies to use and travel too

  11. It’s just occurred to me that these organiser bags we use can have many uses. A girl on the train had a small round embroidery frame, and I used to knit all the time when I was young.

An organiser bag would be perfect for handicrafts, students, meeting presenters etc. Just imagine two specialist organiser bags: a knitting bag for cleanliness; a tablet/netbook bag with all its peripherals for safety; and a specialist women’s usual organiser bag; both sitting side by side in a big lightweight bag. Why not have two organiser bags rather than one? Better still, why not have two lightweight bags that optionally clip together?

It would actually be very interesting to know what sort of wants and needs Bragbags’ customers have asked about. I tried to buy a nice looking nappy bag once, as they weigh very little and have tons of compartments for everything. I planned to use it as a handbag to avoid the usual clutter. I failed, but it would have worked very well if I had found just the right design.

There are probably dozens of different requirements for our daily portable luggage.

  12. Wendy Janssen says:

    1. what would you like to put in an organiser: I would love to be able to take my digital SLR camera with me in it’s own special pouch, full of the extra bits I need, all whilst not looking like a tourist with a big back pack. The organiser also needs room for my purse, keys, sun glasses, reading glasses, a lippy, pen and notebook.

    2. what would you change about the organiser? I have a couple of organisers of different sizes and love what I can do with them, I manage to make them fit my uses, but if anything a slightly deeper organiser would be handy.

    3. is the size (Standard, Large) okay? Would you change or add a new size? I love the sizing of them as they are.

    4. what are the organisers missing? For the camera bag now I use a travel organiser, and feel it could be a bit firmer or with a little bit more padding.

    5. what colours would you like? What fabrics? either bright colours or neutrals, I love the suede fabric.
    6. do you own a bragbags’ organiser? Which size? I have a small one, a large one and I especially love my travel organiser I use to keep my camera organised when I want to use a regular handbag.

    7. any other random comments Keep up the great work Jenny!
